Points saving system

At Yuui's F1 scale models you can collect points since March 2023.

What does this savings system entail in brief:

• For every purchase you receive 1 point for each €1 spend.
• Every 70 points can be exchanged for €1.00 on a next order. (*)
  
• The points are automatically kept in your account. You must also have created an account to be able to receive and use the points. This is not possible without an account. You can request the balance and transactions in your account. In the shopping cart you can see how many points you get at the checkout and there is the possibility to use already saved points.
• You will receive points on products including VAT. No points can be earned on shipping costs and transaction costs.
• You can use the points for your entire order, including shipping costs and VAT.

(*) Before 28-10-2024 it was 1 point for each €10 spend. At 28-10-2024 we changed this to 1 point for each €1. Your points balance was multiplied by 10 and spend rate was changed to 70 points for €1. It is exactly the same rate, but our new Loyalty points app restricted us to change.

The General Terms and Conditions that apply to this points savings campaign are:

0 Preface

• 0.1 The points saving system is offered to consumers (hereinafter referred to as: “user” or “customer”) who are customers of Yuui's F1 scale models. Participation in the system is free of charge.

1 Applicability of general terms and conditions 

• 1.1 When using the points saving system, these conditions and the general conditions of Yuui's F1 scale models apply. When using the points saving system, the user declares to implicitly agree with this.

2. Points savings system options

• 2.1 The points saving system offers the customer the possibility to save points with placed orders and then use these points for a next order at Yuui's F1 scale modelsl and receive a discount with this. The accumulated savings credit is not transferable to third parties and can never be exchanged for cash. If a product has been purchased with the savings credit, the savings credit will be refunded as balance when the product is returned. Cash will never be paid out. If a purchase that was paid for in cash is returned, the savings credit received for that purchase will be debited from the savings credit. If it turns out that there is insufficient savings credit because it has been redeemed for another purchase, the amount to be returned will be reduced by the balance shortage.
• 2.2 Amounts from purchases made before the start of the points savings system will not be credited to the balance.
• 2.3 Points will only be credited after full payment for an order has been completed.
• 2.4 The points balance can be viewed in the customer's account.
• 2.5 Points remain valid for a period of 500 days after the points have been credited.
• 2.6 Yuui's F1 scale models has the right to change or terminate the points savings system at any time, in accordance with article 3 of these general terms and conditions, without giving reasons for this decision and without offering any form of compensation to the customer. 

3. Changes and termination of the points savings system 

• 3.1 Yuui's F1 scale models may at any time impose additional conditions on the (building up of) savings and/or the redemption thereof.
• 3.2 In case of suspected abuse or fraudulent conduct with the points savings system, Yuui's F1 scale models is entitled not to provide a savings credit linked to the customer's account and/or to suspend, cancel or reclaim a provided benefit/savings credit from the customer. This also includes specifically deliberate situations (including via cancellations) to mislead/exploit the points savings system.
• 3.3 The savings that are acquired through a breach of these general terms and conditions will be cancelled without any form of compensation and will lead to immediate reimbursement to Yuui's F1 scale models. Yuui's F1 scale models reserves the right to hold customers liable for the damage that Yuui's F1 scale models suffers and has suffered as a result of the actions of the customer in question and/or to file a complaint against the customer.
• 3.4 Yuui's F1 scale models reserves the right to change and/or withdraw the benefits and conditions associated with the points savings system. Yuui's F1 scale models also reserves the right to change or terminate the points savings system in its entirety. Such a change or termination will be announced by e-mail to all customers and/or on the website of Yuui's F1 scale models (www.yuui.nl).
• 3.5 Yuui's F1 scale models determines how long the campaign lasts. When the campaign ends, a minimum remaining spending period of 2 months applies to the saved points. After that, the points expire. This period will also apply if the conversion ratio is adjusted by Yuui's F1 scale models. The conversion ratio shows how many points are saved per euro spent and how many points must be redeemed for a euro discount.
• 3.6 In the event of a future takeover of Yuui's F1 scale models by a third party, this third party will determine what will happen to the points savings system and the balance built up with customers.

4. Personal data and privacy 

• 4.1 There are no additional conditions for the points savings system compared to the general terms and conditions of Yuui's F1 scale models.

5. Liability 

• 5.1 By subscribing to the Yuui's F1 scale models points system, the customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of: the characteristics and limitations of the technology inherent to the Internet, in particular with regard to the response time to consult the site's host server (to create or consult his/her account), technical performance, risks of interruption and, in general, any risk associated with data transmission. Consequently, Yuui's F1 scale models can in no case be held liable for (non-exhaustive list):
  • Any network disruption that hinders the proper functioning of the website;
  • Loss of data;
  • Malfunctioning of the software;
  • Consequences of a computer virus, bug, deviation or defect. 

6. Final provisions 

• 6.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
• 6.2 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded.
• 6.3 Yuui's F1 scale models refers to the general terms and conditions of Yuui's F1 scale models for all other matters that fall outside the general terms and conditions of the Yuui's F1 scale models points savings system and also acts in accordance with them.
