The modelcars we are selling are not suitable for children. On the boxes of these modelcars, often a minimum age of 14 years is listed. The modelcars are intented to display in a cabinet or kept in the original box. For the younger collectors we have added some stock of Mini racers from the Disney movie Cars.

This can't be determined on beforehand. It is not by definition that the cars which have been released in a limited amount will get the highest value in future. Buying modelcars should be done because collecting is a hobby.

Some tips for selling on Ebay:

• Choose on which Ebay site you offer the model cars (Ebay.nl, Ebay.com, Ebay.co.uk etc). Each site has a different audience.
• Describe the product in detail
• Add the condition of the model car and box in the description
• Make and add quality pictures
• Indicate if the product is still in the original packaging / box
• Don't use a minimum sales price. Use bidding from
• Let your auction end on a popular day and time, like sunday evening..
• Offer multiple payment options (bank transfer, Paypal, Apple pay etc ...)

• The product is in stock and has not been sold yet.
• The product is in stock but already sold to a customer but has not been shipped.
• The product is a pre-order product that is not yet in stock, but which can be ordered.

- Keep in original box.

- If not possible (e.g. it is a non-transparent box) or it doesn't look great, use a plastic cover to protect from dust.

- Even better is a dust-free box / show case (not cheap).

- If there's some dust on your car, use a fine brush. Be careful with decals.

- don't place it in direct sun light.

- place at room temperature

- don't place in a kitchen (cooking vapours)

- don't place in a smoking area

If you intend to sell the car in future, don't throw away the original box. Store it in a place meeting the same conditions as above for the model car itself.

- If you enter multiple search terms, the machine will search all products that contain at least one of these search terms. For example, if you search for Max Verstappen, not only Max Verstappen cars will be found, but also cars from Max Papis and Jos Verstappen.

- If you enter multiple search terms with double quotes, all those search terms will be searched for in that order. "Max Verstappen" then only produces hits from Max Verstappen's cars.

- If you enter multiple search terms, each with double quotation marks, all those search terms will be searched for in random order. Entering "McLaren" "Lauda" will find all cars that contain McLaren and Lauda somewhere.

Yuui's F1 scale models calculates the actual transport costs. We always ship insured. Then you have the guarantee that there will be a suitable solution if anything would happen during transport. We will, if there is stock left, in case of damage or loss, send you a new item as replacement, or returning the purchase amount to you. To offer a cheaper shipping method, we included service point delivery to some countries.

For products that are in stock (not pre-order products) and are ordered before 19:00h local time, shipping will be done same or next working day. Exception is DHL because the DHL office is closed on Mondays. When the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier delivery times of these carriers apply. Because it can be different for each country, this is not listed here and can be found on the carriers websites. For shippings within The Netherlands PostNL, DHL and DPD all deliver parcels next day in about 95% of all shippings.

Shippings with German DHL ("DHL DE") are handed over by us to DHL once a week, most often in the weekends.

Your order will be shipped after ALL products are in stock. If only part of your order is in stock and you want this part to be shipped, then this is possible at additional costs. Contact us for a quote for those shipping costs.

Yuui's F1 scale models sells both new model cars as well as second hand model cars. For second hand model cars it is listed at the product details tab if there are any deviations comparing how they were released by the manufacturer. You can find the mentioned deviations also on the invoice.

Yuui's F1 scale models sells both new as well as second hand products. For second hand products the Dutch "margin rule" is applied. No tax is allowed to be listed on the invoice. However Yuui's F1 scale models pays taxes for these items to the national tax authority. Is some cases private items of the owner are sold through yuui.nl. No tax is listed for those as well.

The short answer is: "Yes". The reason behind this is a historical. A couple of years ago the direct payment was not mandatory. We received a lot pre-orders. But unfortunately a lot of those were cancelled by customers. This meant a large stock with not enough orders. The remaining stock had to be sold below purchase price. Conclusioin: a lot of those pre orders were not seriously placed. Since about 2018 we introduced direct payment. This meant less orders but only serious orders with minimal cancellations. We could have chosen for partial payment, but we didn't. At the moment we receive the products from our supplier, we want to ship these as soon as possible to all customers. Having email correspondence with (repeated) requests to pay the remainder and all administrative burden would introduce a delay in the whole process. When you chose to pick-up your order in Voerendaal, no direct payment is required.

Of course, that's written in the Dutch law! We have a period of 14 days after you receive the item(s). If your order not like expected or if there's anything wrong with the product, please contact us first before you return your order. Each return case is different and we can offer tailor made solutions. Note: there are two exceptions. Products that are not by default in our product range en you ask us to order this for you, can not be returned (damaged items can always be returned). Also for products for which you open the packaging and the packaging is an essential part of the product (like surprise products).

Products should be send back in the original packaging. It does not apply to the shipping box but the item/product packaging. As a customer you should be able to judge if the item is what you expected from it. You handle the product packaging with care. This means that you will not harm the packaging more than that is needed to judge. Then the product can be resold by us to other customers. For model cars the packaging has value too. If we receive a returned product with a more damage than necessary, we can deduct a certain amount from the refund.
